What is performance art to me?

"a time-based action by an artist"

"Performance art conducts a relationship with an audience. It is a yearning for being witnessed by a group

of people present in a place. Performance art is intimacy."

"A communicative tool that utilizes body, space, and action as a means of artistic expression."

"the emotion made visual through movement of the body"

"It is a state of consciousness, a way to move towards the future

I think the performance is an entelechy

but at the same time it delivers knowledge in a multifocal way.

I always think of its ancestry, i mean the future will take it as an old practice."

For me Performance Art means- a time-based action by an artist .

Performance art conducts a relationship with an audience. It is a

yearning for being witnessed by a group of people present in a place.

Performance art is intimacy. A communicative tool that utilizes body,

space, and action as a means of artistic expression.

The emotion made visual through movement of the body, it is a state of                                                                                                  consciousness, a way to move towards the future

I think the performance is an entelechy,

but at the same time it delivers knowledge in a multifocal way.

I always think of its ancestry, i mean the future will take it as an old practice.

Without a doubt, art is one of the best tools to cope up with and communicate with                                            the disease nothing trendy  or  traditional .Although I know it's not the only way, for                                              me there is no other alternative. In a way, you can say that I have managed to design                                           my own "Therapeutic Strategies" through art, but it is not a space of relaxation and                                                 disposition in which you forget for a moment of your reality, but of an intense process ,                                         risky, difficult and often painful, but at the same time revealing and cathartic. Much                                               more similar to the effects caused by a purge than to the analgesic."It is a state of                                                  consciousness, a way to move towards the future

I think the performance is an entelechy

but at the same time it delivers knowledge in a multifocal way.

I always think of its ancestry, i mean the future will take it as an old practice."

feel Visceral narrative through the body. Performance is a weird thing that doesn't fit                                             neatly into theatre, dance, music, or visual art. It's a temporal and ephemeral thing that                                          utilizes the body as a medium to convey some sort of message. I have a very                                                         tumultuous love-hate relationship with performance art that I don't have with                                                         other mediums I work in as much. We break up and make up regularly it                                                              seems. if for a sculptor the clay is the raw material, my raw material is my own life. It's                                                 about sculpting with human relationships, rethinking the fact of being alive and what                                              that means and means. In Art I have faced, by my own will, to the worst scenarios I                                                have ever imagined in relation to disease and death, and somehow has given me more                                   strength than I thought I would be able to have to face situations Limit or traumatic.

Art can heal, but not in the way as the medicine heals. It is healing in an intangible                                                 plane that is just as important as healing in material and in fact go hand in hand, one is                                          not possible without the other. Like Shamanism, art works with the invisible and its                                                  mechanisms operate in such a way. Before I believed that art and magic were the                                                same  thing, but the difference lies in that the magic that brings you closer to art is the                                        magic of life itself. Contrary to what would be thought, alchemy happens in front of our                         eyes all the time, but we do not see it, we are not aware of it. Art helps you see."
